The Work of ICOTB
International College of the Bible is a tuition-free distance learning school offering a college-level study program. It is for dedicated Christians who want to gain a deeper understanding of God's Word but simply cannot reach a classroom.
ICOTB offers 3 levels of study -

If you are interested in pursuing one of these programs then complete the enrollment form you will find under "Enrollment" on the main menu. However, please understand that our staff is small so enrollment is selective.
International College of the Bible is a part of the work of International Bible Teaching Ministries which offers an online study open to all. You can enroll in this free study by following the instructions found on the IBTM site here.

~ Teaching Staff ~
David Amos
David Amos has worked extensively in missions since retiring from his secular career and has been on numerous campaigns to ten nations. He is also involved in a prison ministry weekly. But his specialty as been answering Bible questions and has compiled a book with Bible answers to more than 1,100 questions.
John Chowning
John Chowning has a strong background in teaching having taught in public schools, preaching schools, and online. He has preached for more than 30 years.
Fred Clayton

Charles F. Hannah
Charles F. Hannah retired after 32 years with the State of Tennessee including 16 years as an Alcohol and Drug Abuse Case Manager. He has preached part-time for more than 20 years.
William Howard
William Howard has been preaching since 1992 and has served local congregations as both a deacon and an elder. He has extensive experience in missions.
Garland Robinson
Rod Rutherford
Rod Rutherford has been preaching for fifty-five years. He has extensive experience in missions with seven years in Zambia, seven years in Australia, and conducting more than twenty-five campaigns to sixteen nations. He has also served the Lord’s church as an elder, editor, and educator, having taught in five schools of preaching.
William L. Schwegler
Rusty Stark
Rusty Stark has been active in local work since 1978 and began foreign missions in 1993. He has been making trips to Zambia with the IBTM team since 2008.

Linda M. Hill
Secretary and Internet, IBTM/ICOTB
Linda M. Hill has been active in missions since 1983. She spent five years with her husband, Jimmie, as missionaries to the Samoan islands and has been on twelve campaigns to eight nations. She handles e-mail, tracks statistics, and maintains the websites.
Bronson Roper
Internet, IBTM/ICOTB
Bronson Roper has experience with stateside missions and foreign campaigns. He handles special projects and uploads new materials to the websites.

Jimmie B. Hill
1953 - 2012
Jimmie B. Hill was devoted to spreading the Gospel of Christ. He preached for thirty years, labored five years as a missionary to the Samoan islands, conducted countless campaigns to sixteen nations, wrote numerous tracts and articles, and served as an elder. He worked with Truth for the World for eleven years overseeing the Bible correspondence course program and added Director of Publications to his duties the last five. In 2010 he joined the work of International Bible Teaching Ministries as Co-Director and Vice-President of International College of the Bible. Jimmie often stated that Christians should be the happiest people in the world because they know where they are going. He passed into eternity in 2012 with complete trust in His Lord.
The Jimmie B. Hill Memorial Library has been established in his memory.
Linda M. Hill

Linda M. Hill joined her husband, Jimmie, in mission work in 1983 with their first foreign campaign to Africa. Five years as missionaries to the Samoan islands followed. She worked with Truth for the World for eleven years, first with the Bible correspondence course program and then as office manager. She has been on twelve campaigns to eight nations and joined the staff of International Bible Teaching Ministries in 2010. She handles e-mail correspondence, coordinates the online study program, maintains the websites, and keeps track of all statistics.
